Hey There.., I’m Arnie.

I’m a boondocking and Airstream enthusiast with a background in real estate, and Boondocking land is where those interests meet.

This website is a labor of love. I enjoy RVing, camping, traveling, exploring land, and researching interesting properties that could have possibilities for fellow RV and camping enthusiasts.

I’m not a real estate agent, and I’m not acting as an agent for anyone through this website. I’m not earning a real estate commission from the sale of these properties. Some properties featured here may belong to friends or others who are offering them for sale, and I only like sharing properties that I personally find interesting.

I enjoy doing the research and sharing what I learn. I’ll always encourage you to do your own research and verify zoning, RV use, camping regulations, and other requirements with the appropriate local authorities.
